Tradebank Announces New Regional Owner for NW Georgia
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (June 18, 2009) Tradebank International Inc. (Tradebank) is pleased to announce that its Tradebank of NW Georgia region will now be owned and operated by Kyle Walters. The region includes the counties of Bartow, Cherokee and Pickens. This announcement was made by Todd Gerry, President of Franchising for Tradebank International Franchising Corporation.
“I’m looking forward to touting the benefits of barter,” stated Walters who will be active in growing his new region that formed over 20 years ago. Many business owners and professionals in the NW Georgia region have been actively bartering for products and services they would otherwise pay cash for.
Prior to joining Tradebank as regional owner, Walters was a vice president of a large mortgage company where he managed ten offices and 80 people throughout the Atlanta area. “I have been involved in the sales side of mortgages for 15 years,” added Walters who earned a bachelor of business administration degree at Evangel University in Springfield, Mo. “This background has given me great experience with remote management, problem solving and multi-tasking, which will definitely help me in my new endeavor with Tradebank.”
Tradebank continues its rapid franchise growth. The acquisition of the NW Georgia region comes after the acquisitions of the new and existing markets of Atlanta-Gwinnett, Atlanta-Cobb, Denver, Indianapolis and Topeka. Tradebank’s Q1 2009 new account sales were up thirty one (31%) percent over 2008. Additionally, Tradebank has experienced consistent trade volume growth for the past decade.
