Experienced Team Acquires Tradebank of Denver to Help Businesses Save Cash with Barter

DENVER (November 16, 2011) Barter transactions among businesses are set to rise as Tradebank of Denver’s new ownership team prepares to bring in new clientele and ramp up customer service for the region’s established clientele. Tradebank of Denver’s new President Uriah Werner and Chief Financial Officer Jim Piper, and their team of 10 others, are excited to assist companies across a variety of industries to increase sales and conserve cash while still obtaining the products and services they need to run their business.

“I have been a client of Tradebank for more than 3 years and have seen the benefits, first-hand, of gaining new clients simply by accepting a different form of currency,” stated Werner. Tradebank is a global trade network that assists companies of all sizes to convert what they have into what they need using a means of exchange called the Tradebank Dollar. “We are excited to introduce the benefits of barter to Denver-area businesses.”

Werner, a Colorado-native, is also president and owner of All About Merchants, a merchant card services company. “Jim Piper and I will continue to operate All About Merchants in conjunction with our new Tradebank franchise. We believe the two businesses complement each other as both provide a financial service that also relies on exceptional customer service.”

“We often advise our new regional owners to focus solely on the acquired Tradebank outlet because the demands of the business are so immense,” said Todd Gerry, president of the Tradebank International Franchising Corporation. “In this case, however, Uriah and Jim are experienced managers with a skilled support team. All have the knowledge to succeed well in both endeavors and we are thrilled to have them onboard with us.”

Tradebank of Denver’s team will work closely with Denver area businesses to help them buy and sell products and services via trade. In addition to Werner and Piper, the team includes Rhonda Piper as broker, Ross Bowdey as sales associate, Bailey Paulson as executive assistant and office manager, and other support staffers.

Other Tradebank outlets near Denver include Colorado Springs, Colo., owned and brokered by John and Tiffany Lynch, as well as Omaha, Neb., Topeka, Kan., and Wichita, Kan. Tradebank clients are able to trade their products and services throughout the entire international Tradebank network.
