The Manual Method utilizes the Tradebank Mobile App and can be found on the App Store or Google Play. Make sure to have your Tradebank account information available for login. Once logged in, follow these steps.
1 Click on the “Process Trade” button.
2 Select the “Receive Trade – Manual card transaction” button at the bottom of the page.
3 Enter the Buyer’s 16 Digit Card Number.
4 Select the “Amount to charge” field and enter the exact amount of the bill.
5 Insert any notes into the “Transaction Description” field and then PROCESS.
6 If the transaction goes through, you will get an APPROVED transaction screen.
