Scan Method

The Scan Method utilizes the Tradebank Mobile App and can be found on the App Store or Google Play. Make sure to have your Tradebank account information available for login. Once logged in, follow these steps.

1 Click on the “Process Trade” button.

2 Select the “Receive Trade – Scan card transaction” button in the middle of the page.

3 Scan the QR code on the back of the purchaser’s Tradebank card or app.

4 Select “Amount to charge” and enter the amount of the bill.

5 Insert any notes into the “Transaction Description” field and then PROCESS.

6 If the transaction goes through, you will get an APPROVED transaction screen.
