  • Message frequency may vary based on member activity and engagement.

3. Opt-In Policy

Tradebank collects opt-in consent verbally from its members. Members may opt-in to receive messages:

  • In person at a Tradebank physical location.
  • Over the phone when calling a Tradebank representative.

During the opt-in process, members are informed of the following:

  • “Message and data rates may apply.”
  • “Message frequency may vary.”
  • “You can text HELP for support or STOP at any time to unsubscribe.”
  • “Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.”

Sample Opt-In Message:

"Thank you for opting in to receive recurring messages from [your broker] with Tradebank. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel."

4. Opt-Out Policy

Members can opt out of receiving text messages at any time.

How to Opt-Out:

  • Reply STOP to the number that has sent you messages.

Important Notes:

  • Processing an opt-out request may take up to 24-48 hours.
  • Opting out means you will no longer receive service-related text messages.
  • To re-opt-in, contact Tradebank customer support at 678-533-7100 or info@tradebank.com.

Sample Opt-Out Message:

"You have successfully opted out of messages from [your broker] at Tradebank. You will receive no further messages."

5. Help & Support

For assistance, members can:

  • Text HELP for support instructions.
  • Call Tradebank at 678-533-7100.
  • Email info@tradebank.com.

Sample Help Message:

"Thank you for reaching out to Tradebank. Please call us at 678-533-7100 or email us at info@tradebank.com for support. Reply STOP to opt-out."

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • Tradebank does not sell or share members' phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • All collected phone numbers are used strictly for communication related to member services.

7. Policy Updates

Tradebank reserves the right to update this texting policy at any time. Continued use of Tradebank’s texting services after policy changes will be considered consent to the updated terms.
